Mountain View Villa is a near new, compact, high-quality chalet, featuring an open-plan living area adjoining a spacious terrace that enjoy views of the alpine peaks extending above the Goryu and Happo-one Resorts. The chalet accommodates 4+ guests in 2 bedrooms and is ideal for friends or families seeking their own space and self-catering facilities. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and oven. Under-floor heating on the lower level is complemented by reverse-cycle air-conditioning and a wood-burning stove on the upper level.

Mountain View Villa is a short stroll to the restaurants and apres-ski venues in Echoland. The free shuttles running towards the Happo-one Resort in one direction, and Hakuba 47 and Goryu Resorts in the other, are just around the corner.

2026-27 Winter Low Season (Dec 11-18, Mar 14-):

2026-27 Winter High Season (Dec 19-25; Feb 21-Mar 13):

75,000 JPY

2026-27 Winter Peak Season (Dec 26 - Feb 20):

85,000 JPY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Minimum stay of 6 nights during the winter season, unless shorter vacancies available.

50% non-refundable deposit payable upon booking, balance due 2 months prior to arrival.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Additional 15% charge for a 5th guest.

Prices include Japanese consumption tax and all service charges.
